The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, device configurations, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP, a valid mobile phone number, a functional email address, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. bbni4d reserves the right to reject registrations containing false or misleading information.
All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to processing the first withdrawal request. KYC documentation required includes, at minimum: a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Additional documentation — such as a selfie holding the KTP, proof of address, or bank account ownership evidence — may be requested for Accounts with elevated transaction volumes or where fraud risk indicators are present.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify bbni4d support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. bbni4d will not be liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
bbni4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where compliance obligations require such action. Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support.
bbni4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:
All payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bbni4d does not accept payments via cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or anonymous prepaid instruments.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and verification status; please contact support for your specific account limits.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time during Indonesian banking hours (07:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside these hours are queued for processing at the commencement of the next banking window. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 3–15 minutes for e-wallet transfers and 5–30 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours. bbni4d does not guarantee specific processing times during high-volume periods, bank maintenance windows, or national public holidays.
bbni4d does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, Users acknowledge that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent transaction fees in accordance with their own published fee schedules. bbni4d has no control over and bears no liability for such third-party charges.
All transactions on bbni4d are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. bbni4d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction patterns. Users who are unable or unwilling to substantiate the legitimate origin of deposited funds may have their Account suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawals are always processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to matching ownership verification. bbni4d does not redirect withdrawal funds to different accounts or payment methods without explicit documented authorization and additional KYC review.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programs offered by bbni4d are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 8x (eight times) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example: a Rp 200,000 bonus requires Rp 1,600,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering on Real Money Funds does not count toward satisfying Bonus Fund wagering requirements.
Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, Bonus Funds may be wagered on sports betting markets (minimum odds 1.50 per selection), live casino table games, and slot games. The following game categories are excluded from bonus wagering and do not contribute to wagering requirement completion: togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting markets), progressive jack pot games, and any game explicitly marked "excluded from bonus play" in its description.
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account. Any uncompleted bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. bbni4d will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
bbni4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once, coordinated wagering with other users to generate low-risk bonus turnover, using bonus funds exclusively on statistically low-variance bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any other conduct that bbni4d determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
bbni4d may operate referral bonus and tiered loyalty reward programs from time to time. Specific eligibility criteria, reward structures, and redemption terms for such programs are published separately and are subject to change at bbni4d's discretion. Participation in any loyalty program does not guarantee continued availability of that program or any specific reward tier.
bbni4d is committed to transparent bonus terms. We do not impose maximum win caps derived from bonuses unless explicitly stated in individual promotion terms. All material bonus restrictions are displayed prominently at the point of claiming a promotion.
All sports wagers are settled in accordance with bbni4d's published sports betting rules for each relevant sport and market type. Supported betting formats include Asian Handicap, European 1X2, Over/Under totals, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) tickets, and live in-play markets. Specific rules for bandar bola-style markets, handicap adjustments (voor bola), and same-game parlay combinations are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by physical game equipment supervised in real time for live dealer titles. bbni4d publishes verified RTP percentages for all casino games. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session and will be investigated using platform logs and, where applicable, studio surveillance records.
Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are derived from licensed reference draws. bbni4d does not operate independent draw infrastructure; results are sourced from designated official reference pools. Prize structures, dividend rates, and market close times for each togel variant are published in the game lobby. bbni4d reserves the right to void togel tickets if a reference draw result is delayed, cancelled, or disputed by the source operator.
Where a sporting event or game session is voided, cancelled, postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours, or determined to have been corrupted by match-fixing, all wagers on the affected event will be refunded to the User's Account balance at the original stake amount. Partially settled accumulator bets will have the void leg treated as a non-runner and the remainder of the ticket settled at reduced odds.
Single-event payout limits apply across all betting markets. The standard maximum payout per settled bet or game round is Rp 500,000,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly confirmed in writing by bbni4d's trading team for a specific wager. bbni4d reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or apply alternative handicap pricing on specific events or for specific User accounts at its sole discretion.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances derived from prohibited activity, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
All content on the bbni4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphical assets, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbni4d or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the Platform grants you any ownership interest or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without bbni4d's prior written authorization.
Third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) retain full ownership of their respective game software, visual assets, and associated intellectual property. Use of these games via bbni4d is subject to the licensing arrangements between bbni4d and each studio, and does not grant Users any rights in the underlying game software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbni4d expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bbni4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if bbni4d has been advised of the possibility of such loss:
bbni4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud attributable to bbni4d's gross negligence or willful misconduct, which applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
bbni4d may terminate or suspend a User's Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, subject to the following provisions:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the competent jurisdiction in which bbni4d is licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
By accessing bbni4d, Users acknowledge their personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction and accept that bbni4d makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed.
bbni4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bbni4d will provide notice via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 calendar days advance notice before the amendment takes effect for existing Users.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
